English Language Proficiency Requirements


UNT accepts TOFEL and IELTS scores
UNT test score reporting code (TOFEL and IELTS): 6481
TOEFL/IELTS scores must be less than 2 years old 

​IELTS - Overall band 6.5 or higher
TOEFL -  Internet-Based (IBT): 79, Paper-Based: 550
We do not accept Institutional TOEFL scores from other schools.
